Refunds

Payments already made for GingerPenguin Professional or Business accounts will not be refunded, once payment is processed by Paypal regardless of your billing cycle (eg: monthly or yearly).

Upon cancellation of your account or downgrading your account to GingerPenguin Free Account, you won’t be charged again unless otherwise for any due amounts incurred before the downgrade or account cancellation.

How can I downgrade to a GingerPenguin Free Account?
You can downgrade your account at any time by logging into your Paypal account at http://www.paypal.com and follow Paypal's subscription cancellation process. Your GingerPenguin account will be downgraded when your next payment would have been expected.
